Delivery within Cairo usually takes 2–3 working days. 

Delivery fees vary depending on your location. We ship all over Egypt.

• For Cairo and Giza, the starting delivery fee is 60 EGP.

• For other governorates, the fee may vary based on the shipping company’s rates.

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only — pay when your order arrives!

Absolutely. You pay only when you receive your order — no online payments needed.

 Returns or exchanges are only accepted while the delivery person is still present. Please check your order immediately upon delivery. Once the delivery person leaves, no returns or exchanges are allowed.

You can cancel your order before delivery, but you’ll need to pay the full delivery fee of 85 EGP, as the package would already be in transit.

Please check your order on the spot. If there’s a problem, inform the delivery person immediately. We’ll handle it right away. After they leave, we unfortunately can’t accept returns.
